Whiteboard before keyboard
All 50 class plans include a whiteboard explanation. The concept gets drawn out in front of you first — then you build it.
Your instructor
Fifty live classes over twenty-five weeks, led by a working engineer — not a pre-recorded video, and not a stand-in reading someone else’s slides. You can interrupt and ask, in every single class.
Who teaches you
Lead Instructor · DevOps, Cloud & SRE
A practitioner who has spent years building and running the kind of cloud systems this program teaches — and who still does that work, not just talks about it.
He holds certifications across all three major clouds, plus Kubernetes and Terraform — ask admissions and we’ll send you the exact list, with the certificate numbers, before you enroll. He designed this curriculum, wrote the projects, and built the automatic checks that decide whether your work passes. When you sit down for your monthly private session, it’s with the same person who set the work.
On credentials: we’re not going to print a wall of badges and ask you to take our word for it. Ask admissions and we’ll send you the specific certifications.
JD Lincoln
Lead Instructor · all 25 weeks
Certified in all five. We don’t list the tier names here because they aren’t the same from one vendor to the next and we won’t blur them together — ask admissions for the exact certifications.
We don’t have a photograph to show you yet, and we’re not going to run a stock photo of a stranger at a laptop and imply it’s your instructor. You’ll meet him in the first class.
How he teaches
Anyone can read you a list of commands. The point is that you understand why they work, because that is what is still useful after the tools change.
All 50 class plans include a whiteboard explanation. The concept gets drawn out in front of you first — then you build it.
Classes are taught in real time. If something doesn’t land, you say so in the moment and it gets explained again, differently.
The monthly private session is a look at your real code and your real portfolio — by the person who set the exercise.
The curriculum, the projects and the automatic checks are his. Nothing here is a licensed course someone bought and re-labeled.
And you’re not only getting him
Learning something hard is harder in your second language. We run classes with a Bengali-speaking instructor as well as in English, so you can learn in the language you actually think in. Ask admissions which option fits you and which intake it runs on.
People get stuck between classes, not during them. Our support team helps with setup, tools and the things blocking you between sessions — so a bad evening doesn’t turn into a lost week.
Before you decide
LEADS Academy ran its first orientation on 6 July 2026. No one has finished the program yet. That means we have no student stories and no employment statistics to show you, and we aren’t going to invent any. If you find a new school quoting the percentage of its students who got hired, ask them where the number came from.
What we can show you is the thing most schools won’t: the entire curriculum, all 25 weeks, every topic and project listed, before you pay anything. Read it. Send a week to an engineer you know and ask whether it’s the right list.
And what being early actually gets you: a small class, and the person who wrote the course teaching it, and a private session with your instructor every one-to-one. That is not something a 900-student program can sell you at any price.
Sit in on a live class, watch how it’s taught, and ask him anything. That is a better test than any biography on a web page.
